  • MSF1000 is a semi-automatic multifunctional raceway superfinishing machine.

  • Used for superfinishing the inner and outer rings of deep groove balls, inner and outer rings grooves of four point contact ball, inner and outer rings raceway of tapered / cylindrical bearing.

  • Clamping method: Inner ring use the inner hole of the inner ring to be centered and compressing the end face, outer ring use a centerless supporting the outer diameter of the bearing and compressing the end face, those resulting in high rotational accuracy of the workpiece.

  • The workpiece completes three rounds of superfinishing on one workstation, and the stone rough finishing is pressurized three times.

  • The stone pressure is controlled by a proportional valve. Effectively improve product quality and enhance processing efficiency.

  • Automatic compensation for oil stone wear and tear, alarm while the oilstone is too short.

  • Loading and unloading use cylinder rotation, pushing and discharging by cylinder. Avoid damaging the outer diameter of the workpiece.

  • The workpiece spindle is lubricated with oil mist, and the workpiece speed and oscillation frequency are controlled by a frequency converter.

  • The machine tool is controlled by Siemens 828D system. The system is stable and reliable, with parameter settings through a touch screen for easy debugging and management.

  • Suitable for orders with small quantities and multiple models.
